Loyalty programs can help businesses succeed with helping keep customers. Customers like to wonder what a company can do for them to entice them to stay. Points, money, coupons, etc. are great ways to get customers to come back. They want to earn points so they can cash them in for gift cards and physical rewards. Discounts are great, but they tend to give the customer the feeling that they deserve a discount and won't ever pay full price for anything. It's great to keep in contact with customers as well as it shares a sense of importance.
