First Inbound Marketing...Now Inbound Selling?

Things are changing so rapidly in the marketing space that you may not have even heard the term "inbound marketing" yet.  Unless you are a HubSpot lead or customer, in which case you are plenty familiar.

But now there is a new concept called Inbound Selling starting to emerge.  Inbound Selling is utlizing strategies and tools to more effectively target your buyers, personalize your messages and content and sell in better alignment with the way modern buyers want to buy.  In fact HubSpot has recently launch their new Inbound Sales Blog to cover the topic. 

Sales and marketing alignment is not a new topic...neither are tools and technologies to sell more effectively.   Highly evolved sales reps (especially in the IT markets) have been using consultative selling techniques, paired with technology tools for years.  So, in some ways some of the Inbound Selling concepts are not necessarily new.  But...there are some very significant technologies emerging that promise to even take the most effective revenue generation teams to the next level.  More to come very soon on this topic.
